Most clients experience only mild discomfort during their brow tattoo treatment. The sensation is often described as light scratching or tingling, and a suitable topical numbing product may be used to help keep you comfortable.
Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, but we always take extra care to make your experience as gentle and comfortable as possible.

Botox: Please wait at least 4 weeks after treatment around the forehead and brow area..

While allergic reactions to eyelash extensions are uncommon, they can occur, particularly due to sensitivity to lash adhesives.
Everyone’s body reacts differently, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur, even if you have previously worn lash extensions without any issues.
If you experience redness, swelling, itching or irritation, please contact us as soon as possible. We offer complimentary professional lash removal if an allergic reaction occurs and recommend seeking medical advice.
Please note that refunds are not provided for individual allergic reactions, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Your eye health and safety are always our priority. If you have sensitive eyes or a history of allergies, please let us know before booking.

This depends on your skin concerns and treatment goals. While some facials provide an immediate refreshed appearance, treatments such as Microneedling or Radio Frequency often require a series of sessions, with improvements developing gradually.

Downtime depends on the type of RF treatment and its intensity.
Needle-Free Fractional RF may cause redness, warmth or swelling, with recovery time varying depending on the treatment intensity and individual skin response.
RF Microneedling commonly involves several days of redness, swelling or sensitivity. More intensive treatments may require longer recovery.

No. Certain conditions, including pregnancy, implanted electronic medical devices, active skin infections and some medical conditions or medications, may make RF treatment unsuitable.

Possibly, but appropriate spacing is important. We generally recommend waiting at least 2 weeks after Botox and 4 weeks after dermal fillers before considering treatments in the same area.
Additional waiting time or clearance from your injector may be necessary, particularly for RF Microneedling and heat-based treatments.
